By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement, including but not limited to:

Liability waiver and assumption of risk
Equipment inspection and acknowledgment
Payment terms and rental deposit requirements
Prohibited uses and equipment care responsibilities
Damage, loss, and replacement cost policies
All other terms outlined in the complete agreement

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the complete Rental Agreement terms and conditions

I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use, operation, and possession of the rented equipment

I authorize The Ward Rentals to charge my credit card on file for any damages, losses, or additional fees as outlined in this agreement

I grant The Ward Rentals permission to use photographs or videos taken during the rental period for marketing or promotional purposes
